NO PAIN Injection (Compare to the active ingredients of Nature Vet Panacin ®) is an all-natural amino acid blend to reduce pain perception.

COMPOSITION:  D-phenylalanine 8 mg/ml, L-isoleucine 10 mg/ml

ACTIONS:  NO PAIN Injection is a supplement of amino acids, which promote the production of the body’s natural “FEEL GOOD or EUPHORIC” hormones, with added Glucosamine for natural reduction of inflammation.

NO PAIN Injection is a unique formulation of all of the essential amino acid co-factors to provide a perception of pain relief.  The essential amino acid Phenylalanine inhibits the breakdown of opiate-like substances called encephalins in the brain by reducing the activity of a particular brain enzyme.  Reduced breakdown results in an increased level of encephalins or endorphins in the brain.  Endorphins are then released in response to pain and act as natural analgesics, or pain relievers, to enable the body to cope with pain.
D-Phenylalanine has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
L-Isoleucine and D-Leucine are also essential amino acids in the production of endorphins.
The combination of these three amino acids,  Isoleucine, Phenylalanine and Leucine, result in a stimulation of endorphin production, as well as a reduction in endorphin breakdown.
Glucosamine is a nutrient that helps reduce inflammation, particularly in joints and also helps the production of good quality cartilage and joint fluid materials.
The increase in brain endorphin levels results in a reduction in pain perception and also has a mild euphoric effect.  This mental state will assist in reducing the pain associated with muscle fatigue or injury to enable maximum performance.

Many eventing, endurance, jumping and staying racehorses will develop some degree of muscle fatigue during performance. Fatigue causes muscle pain and thus reduces performance.

DOSEAGE & ADMINISTRATION:  Adult horses:  Administer 10ml by intramuscular (IM) or slow intravenous (IV) injection four hours prior to competition. Dogs: 1-2ml by intramuscular (IM) or slow intravenous (IV) injection four hours prior to competition.

PRESENTATION:  100 ml sterile multi-dose glass vial.
