Nicoramin is a very powerful stimulant, which works in 2 distinct ways. What you get is a double effect, you stay alive longer because of the increased heartbeats and your breathing process is enhanced to phenomenal amounts. 0.05ml - 0.10 ml given 10-20 minutes before competition or 1-2 drops from insulin needle each morning for the last 3 days before competition and 1-2 drops the day of competition.

Ở Mỹ, đối với gà nòi chích 0.05-0.1ml vào cơ ngực trước khi đấu 20 phút.

Ở VN có người đề nghị dùng như sau
Tắm rửa vỗ hen rồi lau khô. Cho gà vô bội tầm 10p để thư giản sau đó rồi chích
- Gà nòi : 0,1 - 0,25ml
- Gà tre : 0.08 - 0.1ml
Sau khi chích khoảng 30-45 phút bắt gà nhấp lại. Nếu gà đá po tốt thì có thể ra trận.
